Frequently Asked Questions

• How do I add an event?
  Tap the search icon to find events from our database, or use "Add Event" to manually add one that isn't listed. Once added, you can mark yourself as going and start sharing memories.
• How do I add friends?
  Go to your profile and tap "Find Friends" to search by username, or share your invite link directly. When someone accepts your friend request, you'll both be connected.
• Who can see my posts?
  By default, your posts are visible to all Shubox users. You can adjust privacy settings on individual posts to share only with friends or keep them private.
• How do I delete my account?
  Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile, posts, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
• I forgot my password
  On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password.
• How do I report inappropriate content?
  Tap the three dots menu on any post or profile and select "Report." Our team reviews all reports to keep Shubox a safe community.
